Ambulatory (Sedan Service)

Comfortable trips in our sedans to any destination. The base rate for each leg is $30, plus $3 per mile.

Wheelchair Accessible Vans

Reliable and accessible van services for all your needs, whether medical or personal. The base rate for each leg is $45, plus $3 per mile.

No Insurance Billing

We currently do not bill insurance companies, so all trips are paid via Medicaid or out-of-pocket, allowing for straightforward and quick service arrangements without the need for insurance approvals.

Out of Town/State Trips

Looking to travel further? Affia also provides out-of-town and out-of-state trips upon request. Whether it's a cross-state medical consultation or a personal journey, we can accommodate your long-distance travel needs.
